Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Chicago-Cleaning-Services-Inc understands that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our cleaning team. Please read the policy carefully before booking.

1. Advance Notice Requirement

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee. The fee depends on the type of service booked and the time required to reassign staff.

3. Rescheduling Services

Rescheduling requests are accommodated when sufficient notice is provided. Customers are encouraged to contact our team as soon as possible for changes.

4. Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may result in a partial charge, as cleaning staff are assigned and scheduled in advance.

5. No-Shows

Customers who do not show up for the service without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

6. Exceptions
